1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Tsavo Hosting services. By signing up for or using any Tsavo Hosting service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Tsavo Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, cloud services, and related products. Specific features and limits depend on the plan you purchase and are described on the relevant product page.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a contract in Kenya. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment and billing
Fees are billed in advance for the period you select. Renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
New hosting accounts are covered by a thirty-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed. Refund requests should be submitted through support.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to host or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, distributes malware, sends unsolicited bulk email, hosts phishing or fraud sites, or otherwise violates Kenyan law.
7. Uptime and service credits
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on shared and WordPress hosting plans, excluding scheduled maintenance. If we fall short, eligible customers may request a prorated service credit as described in the SLA on the relevant plan page.
8. Backups
We maintain daily backups as a courtesy. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for loss of data caused by user action, third-party software, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may cancel your services at any time from your customer dashboard. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or as required by law, after reasonable notice where practical.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or dashboard notice at least thirty days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, or by arbitration if both parties agree in writing.
